Space invader games which were the predecessors of the video games of today were originally developed by the Japanese as a simple shooting game. They developed it to increase the no of yens. Taito, who was inspired by “Star wars” and other series and so designed a similar video game which led to the birth of space invaders. Many countries started following suit soon.

The United States developed the Space Invaders part two which supported two player modes. Web masters of these online space games have taken enough care to design the platform with added graphics so that the player gets a real world feel. The main play in space games is attacking the enemy with firing weapons. With versions like “Return of the Invaders”, different attacking options were introduced to give a more sophisticated environment for the players. Thus online games have become the most interesting games of today.
